RESIDENT ENGINEER DEPLOYMENT
Petricorp Group Services (PETRICORP GROUP) ensures the success for your project by making sure that we provide each client with a number of highly experienced and knowledgeable Resident Engineers. The Resident Engineer will work as both Liaison and Project Manager for the project, ensuring that the Inspectors complete and execute their day’s work and documentation in a professional and timely manner. They also deal directly with any and all field issues and provide solutions to potential problems or required changes to approved work. Petricorp Group Staff’s communication and skill will keep the build on task and on time.
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND OPTIMIZATION
Bart and Shaun Talking about fiberInspection, resident engineering, testing and quality assurance management are critical activities to guarantee that your fiber to the home (FTTH) build is completed in a timely manner with outstanding results. Petricorp Group Services’ inspectors use a very detailed punch list to check every hand hole, splice, Network Interface Device (NID) and excavation placement and depth. Petricorp Group Services spends extra time to ensure that construction practices are followed safely with a minimum of excavation and equipment impact on roads and in neighborhoods. PETRICORP GROUP uses the minimum number of inspectors required to make sure that loan requirements are met.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
During the construction process, Petricorp Group Services will keep you updated with a detailed construction calendar and bi-weekly updates. We also want to spend time with your company in face to face weekly meetings to review progress, answer questions, and help identify and resolve any changes to the prints or issues that impact the end users. Yates staff will also work with the fiber end customers to resolve any excavation issues or complaints.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
There is a great deal of record keeping and paperwork in completing a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) build. From detailed, correct As-built work prints, to Release of Lien and final close out, Petricorp Group Services will provide detailed documentation and inventory tracking of all contractor units placed, completing the task with excellence.
When the build includes government loan funds; detailed reports and record-keeping are critical to the overall success of the project. Petricorp Group Services takes this role seriously and dedicates the time and resources necessary to exceed requirements.
